The first day we met Jan I remember I told my soon-to-be husband that she was the one we were going to see when it was time to buy a house. The reasons for this were simple - Jan was open, friendly, and most importantly, she was a good listener. When we decide to buy, we called Jan and told her our price range and basically what we had in mind as far as space and a yard (there had to be trees) - Jan came right back to us with ideas that were exactly what we had asked. She was never pushy. But, she was always punctual and usually beat us to the properties to be sure the doors were open and the lights were on. Jan was such a blessing to us. With her help we found our dream house not too long after we started looking. Because Jan made sure there were no obstacles in the way, our closing was a breeze. In fact, we liked her so much that when my son moved to Cookeville, she was the ONLY ONE we even considered calling to help find him a home. We gave her the particulars and in only a short time she came through with what was available for him. We would highly recommend Jan to anyone looking for a home in this area. Why we recommend Janice Moores: In 2001 the company I was working for closed their plant in Cookeville and I took a job in Missouri. Janice Moores worked very hard to sell our house in a very short time. My wife Diana loved the way Janice helped her with all her questions and how she gave her plenty of notice when she wanted to show the house. Janice called me in Missouri with offers and counter offers from the buyer. When we sold the house she made sure all the correct paper work was Fed-ex for me to sign. Diana and I were so impressed and happy with how Janice sold our house that when we retired and wanted to move back to Cookeville in 2004 we knew whom to call, Janice Moores. Janice lined up over 20 houses for us to look at on our 1st trip back and another 20 on our 2nd trip back. On that trip we found 3 houses we liked and made an offer on one. There were a couple of things that house inspector found and again Janice worked with the seller's agent to get these issues resolved.
